Hawaii - How to get Hawaii Wall License and Pocket License

Welcome to Real Broker Hawaii! Once your license is transferred to Real, you need to send a copy of your Real Estate Wall License and Pocket License to Support. See How to Contact Real Support. We need to maintain a copy for our records. Don't forget to print your Pocket License and keep it with you at all times!

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Login to https://mypvl.dcca.hawaii.gov/ and click EHawaii SignOn

Step 2: Login with your eHawaii email and password. 

• If you don't have an eHawaii account, click on the right side to create one - you'll need this to manage your license. 
• If you forgot your password, click the right side to retrieve it. 

Step 3: Once you login, click on your license number. 

Step 4: In the top right corner, click Print Wall Certificate. 

Step 5: A digital version of your real estate license will open up - like the one below. Click to Download the license. Once it's downloaded, you can close this. 

Step 6: Back on your license page, click Print Pocket ID. 

Step 7: Once again, a new tab will open with a pocket-sized version of your license. Click to Download the license. 

• There are two pages - the first just has your name and address (we hid Rene's address for privacy reasons). The second page has the license. 

Step 8: While you are here, print a copy of your Pocket License. You should carry this around with you whenever you are doing business as a real estate professional. 

Step 9: Send a copy of both the Wall License and Pocket License to  Support. See How to Contact Real Support. If you don't mind, please put "Hawaii Wall License" or "HI Wall License" in the subject line. Our team will upload these to your profile - so we have them for our records.
