What is it? 

Many agents cherish the culture at Real and talk about that being a key reason they joined. As we continue to grow, it is imperative that we empower agents to share that sense of community within their network.  The Culture Ambassadors will meet on a monthly basis to strategize how to engage with other agents in community building and strengthening of Real’s company core values.
