What are the supplemental Addenda in the ICA?

There are several addenda listed in the ICA, but left unchecked. These only apply in specific circumstances and do not need to be reviewed and signed with the ICA to join Real. 

• Willable Revenue Share Program - you can review and sign when you designate a Revenue Share Beneficiary - learn more
• Agent Stock Purchase Program - you will review and sign this if you would like to opt into the Stock Purchase Program.
• State Addendum - these are linked in your Policies & Procedures Manual. You can also see them here:

  • Canada Province Addenda
    • Note: there is no addendum for Ontario
• Wholesale Addendum - if you would like to engage in Wholesale activities, you will need to get approval and sign this addenda - more information. 
• Development and Construction Addendum - if you would like to engage in Development and Construction activities, you will need to get approval and sign this addenda - more information. 
• Team Leader Addendum - you will need to sign this if you want to form a team - more information (including the addenda).
• Capping and Attracting Awards Addendum - these will be sent by Finance when you qualify for the award.
• Domestic Team Addendum - you will need to sign this if you want to form a team - more information (including the addenda).
