Real is rolling out the next generation of its AI-powered virtual concierge, Leo 2.0. 

Leo now can answer detailed questions about transaction checklists. So you can ask: "What do I need to do to get a CDA?" or "What do I need to do to close this transaction?" and it will go through all the items in checklist and give you the concise description of steps remaining, e.g. "You need to upload document D1 and the broker still needs to approve document D2, etc)".
