Canada ICA Updates: November 2023

Good news! Over the last many months, based on feedback from you - we spent time with our in-house legal team, Canadian Brokers, and Canadian Agents to cleanup our Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and associated documents to make things more clear for you.

• The ICA is updated to reflect our Canadian Business Operations - which are a bit different from the US;
• We also made updates to reflect provincial nuances; and
• We broke out the fees in a separate addendum to improve clarity and transparency about all fees for our Canadian agents.
