How do I track the status of my buyer’s loan application?

Once you invite a buyer to use One Real Mortgage, you can see the status of all your invitations in reZEN.

Login to reZEN (desktop or mobile) and click Mortgage on the left side (on your phone, click the three bars on the bottom right) to view all your leads. 

You will be able to see all the clients you submitted to the One Real Mortgage site and the status of their application. 

The table below explains each status:

• Invitation Sent: Agent submits lead in reZEN, triggering email to borrower
• Application in Progress: Borrower has started application (answered first question)
• Application Submitted: Borrower submits application
• Pre-Approved: Pre-approval letter uploaded to Mortgage Central and sent to client
