How do I submit a client lead to One Real Mortgage?

If you have a buyer who needs a pre-approval or mortgage, you can submit a lead to the One Real Mortgage team directly in reZEN.

Instructions:

Step 1: Login to reZEN. Click Mortgage on the left side (on mobile, click the three bars in the bottom right, then click Real Mortgage). 

Step 2: Click + Invite Buyer at the top right corner. 

Enter the buyer's contact information, then click Save.

• You do not need to select a loan officer. However, if you are working with a Loan Officer or want your client to work with a specific loan officer, you can select one. 

That's it. The buyer is invited and will receive an email inviting them to apply for pre-approval. The buyer can do this on the web or download the One Real Mortgage app. 

You will be able to see all the clients you submitted to the One Real Mortgage site and the status of their application.
