If you are on a Standard Team, all members of the team who are capped will benefit from the lower, $129 (or 15%, whichever is less) Elite Agent transaction fee once the Team Lead hits Elite Agent.
If you are on a Marketing Team, only the agent (or agents) who have hit Elite Agent will benefit from the lower Elite Agent transaction fee. Because a marketing team is a grouping of agents for the purpose of marketing, each individual Agent will need to reach Elite Agent status to take advantage of the Elite Agent transaction fee.
Example #1:
- Beth is Team Lead on a Marketing Team. Beth is an Elite Agent. She pays $129 per transaction.
