Introduction
When you first log into Lofty (formerly: Chime), you will start at the Lofty Dashboard Page. Depending on your role/permissions within a team, you will see a different version of the Dashboard: Team Dashboard and/or My Dashboard. Both dashboards are explained in this article.
Summary
Team Dashboard
If you are the Account Owner/Admin on a Team level Lofty account, you have the option to see the Team Dashboard:
Only those with the "Access All Team Leads" permission (see Permissions) will see this dashboard when logging in. Those with this permission can also switch between the "Team Dashboard" and "My Dashboard" depending on which numbers they would like to see by simply clicking on either of the two options.
Top Notifications
At the top, this dashboard gives access to the following sets of notifications but the data will be populated based on Team Leads (see Lead Privacy: Team Leads vs. Private Leads) for the entire team:
- New Leads
- Opportunities
- Tasks
- Business Goal
When any of the above options is clicked, you will be taken to either the People page where you have additional information about those new leads, opportunities, etc., or the Tasks or Reporting pages for the last two options.
Smart Plans
Some very basic Smart Plan data will be presented here for Team Smart Plans (learn more here: Smart Plans) including the number of auto emails sent, opened, and replied to. More in-depth information regarding emails can be found here: Email Accountability (Reporting).
A couple of suggested Smart Plans will be displayed as well. These are suggested based on the triggering criteria that is set up in the Smart Plan itself, meaning you still want to review the content of any Smart Plan prior to applying it to a group of leads.
Today's Hot Listings
This will be the same on both "My Dashboard" and "Team Dashboard" if you are looking at it as an admin user. See the explanation below under the "My Dashboard" section for how this portion of the Dashboard functions.
Property Alerts
This section will show some basic information about property alerts for the Team leads including the number of property alert emails that are sent, opened, and clicked. It also displays the number of listings viewed and saved as well as how many leads do not have property alerts. For more detailed information regarding property alerts, see Property Alerts & Market Snapshots (Lead Engagement).
Learning Center
The right section of the dashboard has a spot for the Lofty Learning Center. This is a spot where users can click on the blue button to start/continue watching basic and more advanced videos on how to use Lofty to its fullest potential. Each individual user can track their own learning completion in this section.
Currently, there is no "report" that can be pulled by a Team Owner/Admin to determine which agents on their team have reviewed all of the training content.
