After you sign the Independent Contractor Agreement:

Now that you have signed your ICA and paid the join fee, it's time to transfer your license to Real! 

• You will complete the CHANGE OF ASSOCIATION/ADDRESS FORM that is sent to you by your Onboarding Coordinator via Adobe Sign. When the form is complete and signed by you and your Designated Broker, Josh Boschee, the completed form will be forwarded back to you via email. You will then need to send the form to your current broker to sign.
• Once all signatures have been collected, next go on the licensee online services portal on the South Dakota Real Estate Commission Site and upload the signed Change of Association/Address Form and pay the $15 transfer fee payment. Note that processing may take up to 3 days.

After completing the above steps:

You can check online on the transfer status via the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (SDREC) Licensee List.
