How do I get custom Marketing Pieces / Design approved for my business?

Save time by using the pre-approved templates in Real's Signage Store.

All Custom Marketing pieces must be submitted to support@therealbrokerage.com for review and approval. Marketing pieces will be reviewed by Real for marketing compliance, and your Broker will review for State compliance.

If you wish to create a custom design:

1. Please review the following:
   • Real Design and Messaging Guide. This is to help you create materials that communicate Real's brand with:
     • • • Consistency: Are different communications easily recognizable as Real?
         • Compliance: Are we communicating in a legal and transparent way?
         • Relevancy: Do the things we create reinforce our business offering and values? 
         • Distinction: Are we memorable and differentiated from our competitors?
   • Approved State/Province Specific Logos
   • Advertising Guide. This explains marketing requirements for your State/Province and provides the proper legal entity to use. 
2. Please submit all designs to your support@therealbrokerage.com for approval BEFORE purchasing / printing / incurring costs.
