What happens if my Sponsor becomes non-producing or leaves? 

Nothing will change for you. Real assumes the position of the agent who left. Revenue share payments will stop going to the Sponsor, but payment can continue to go to the agents above your Sponsor, as long as they have enough Tier 1 agents to keep all Tiers unlocked.
