Lofty Help Article: Company Number
NOTE: All texts/calls from agents on a shared team account will come from the Company Number. If a lead responds, the communication is always routed to the correct assigned agent of that lead. So agents don't need a personal virtual number. If they choose to add one, there is an additional add-on cost.
Step 1: Click on the word “Settings”
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the screen go all the way down until you see “Dialer”, then click on “Company Number.”
Step 3: Click on “Select a Number”.
Step 4: A screen will pop and under the Company Number it is asking you to enter the area code you are in or want your number to show up in. Click inside that box and type in your area code, which will initiate a dropdown of choices of virtual numbers that you can choose from. These are the ones that are available to Lofty in that area code. Then click on the one you want and then click “SAVE”. You will see a quick pop-up that “Text is being configured”
