How to start a team at Real - requirements and what to do

Terms

Standard Team

$6,000

• Must have a fully executed team or team leader agreement on file with Real.
• Team members have a minimum of a 10% split with the team lead in addition to the 15% to Real.
• $6,000 cap for team members.
• Team members are not eligible for Elite status.
• Team combined minimum production requirement of $5M in closed volume over the previous 12 months. 

Platinum Team

$4,000

• Must meet the criteria for a Platinum Team (talk to the Onboarding Specialist in your region).
• A fully executed team or team leader agreement on file with Real.
• $4,000 cap for team members.
• Team members are not eligible for Elite status.

Domestic Team

Shared $12,000

• A domestic team is a domestic couple or related family members sharing a cap. 
• Maximum of 2 total team members. Both must reside at the same residence and must file taxes jointly.
• All transactions will be in the name of the "lead" agent.
• No Production Requirement
• You will share a single income, rev share, equity position, and Chime account if you choose to opt-in. 
• Eligible to earn one elite agent award, if you qualify.
• Eligible to participate in Revenue share, but cannot sponsor each other. The partner/dormant agent (non lead) must select N/A for the sponsor and cannot list the primary agent as the sponsor. 
• Must have a fully executed Domestic Team Agreement for each member on file with Real.

Marketing Team

$12,000

• A marketing group is a group of two or more agents who are working together under the same marketing name, but everyone is on a full $12,000 cap.
• No Production Requirement.
• The group may be sharing a marketing name, and they may refer transactions to each other within the group, but they have no formal team agreement.
